WHI-P97 is a potent, cell-permeable and specific inhibitor of JAK3 (IC50 = 11 µM). It inhibits JAK3 in immune complex kinase assays in a dose-dependent fashion and reduces the invasiveness of EGFR positive human cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner
